Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Business Operations, located in the Lahore District. The Head of Business Operations will oversee and optimize day-to-day business processes, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency. Responsibilities include driving strategic planning, managing business operations, streamlining operational activities, and collaborating with teams to meet organizational goals. The role will also involve financial oversight and analytics to improve operational outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Business Operations and Operations Management
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Finance
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
