oladoc is Pakistan's leading digital health platform, serving millions of patients through doctor bookings, telemedicine, diagnostics, health content, and subscription products. We are now expanding into chronic care, nutrition, and disease management verticals — building the future of healthcare in Pakistan.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial business leader to launch and scale new verticals at oladoc. This is a zero-to-one role with full ownership of strategy, execution, and growth for high-potential business lines, including:

  • Chronic Care Programs (e.g. diabetes management etc.).
  • Nutrition & Wellness Plans.
  • Mindset Coaching & Transformation Plans

The role is ideal for someone from the startup world with proven experience in taking ideas from concept → launch → scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision: Define business model, value proposition, and growth roadmap for new verticals.
  • P&L Ownership: Full accountability for revenue, costs, and profitability of verticals.
  • Zero-to-One Execution: Launch pilots, iterate quickly, scale successful initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, tech, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Team Building: Hire and lead a cross-functional team (ops, marketing, partnerships, product).
  • Partnerships: Build relationships with insurers, telcos, pharma, device providers.
  • Product & Experience: Work with tech/product teams to design seamless digital-first patient journeys.
  • Growth & Marketing: Drive acquisition, retention, and engagement for subscription products.
  • Data & Outcomes: Track health outcomes (e.g. diabetes reversal success), customer satisfaction, and LTV.

What We're Looking For

  • Startup builder: 6–10 years of experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or business head role at a high-growth startup.
  • Proven track record of taking a product or business unit from zero to scale.
  • Strong understanding of consumer internet, healthtech, or subscription businesses.
  • Experience in P&L management, growth, and partnerships.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with end-to-end responsibility.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: scrappy, resourceful, outcome-driven.
  • Passion for healthcare, wellness, and improving lives.
