We are seeking a highly competent and result-oriented professional to lead the
Accounts & Finance Department
for our
Group of Companies
. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in
financial management, import/export handling, accounting operations, and compliance
with both local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the complete Accounts & Finance function across the Group.
  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Handle import/export financial operations including LC opening, retirement, bank dealings, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with trade, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal controls, audit systems, and risk management frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to support business expansion and investment decisions.
  • Supervise and guide the accounts/finance team to ensure operational efficiency and standardization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    ACCA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance, with a strong background in import/export operations.
  • Strong command over financial modeling, analysis, and ERP/accounting software.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
