Vita E Commerce has been established to revolutionize payment processing in Pakistan by providing convenient, secure, and efficient cash payment services.

We are expanding our team and looking for a Head of Operations to drive operational excellence, ensure compliance and security, and scale our kiosk network sustainably.

Role Overview

The Head of Operations will oversee Vita E-Commerce's nationwide cash payment kiosk network, ensuring smooth functioning of cash collection, handling, fleet management, and technical support. This senior leadership role will focus on operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement to maximize kiosk uptime, ensure secure financial flows, and scale the company's network sustainably.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee installation, relocation, and performance of kiosks across multiple locations.
  • Monitor transaction KPIs and ensure achievement of operational and financial targets.
  • Supervise daily cash collection, counting, and bank deposits with strict internal controls.
  • Prevent financial leakage and fraud through strong reconciliation and audit processes.
  • Lead the technical support function to maintain kiosk uptime and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage vendors for hardware, transport, and connectivity services.
  • Oversee a nationwide fleet for cash logistics; optimize routes and fuel costs.
  • Enforce security protocols for staff and cash movement.
  • Lead and mentor teams across cash handling, technical support, and transport.
  • Set departmental KPIs, track performance, and report monthly operational results to the CEO.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost-optimization plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and IT to improve processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, ideally in financial services, fintech, ATM/kiosk networks, or banking operations.
  • Proven expertise in cash logistics, fleet management, and technical operations.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and financial controls.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or automation systems (e.g., Odoo) is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and crisis management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience (banks, vendors, regulators).
  • High ethical standards and integrity in managing financial operations.
