We are looking for a creative, passionate, and experienced Executive Chef who can uphold and further enhance our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the kitchen operations with a focus on Continental and Fusion dishes suited to Pakistani palates.

Design and update menus reflecting seasonal ingredients, global trends, and local preferences.

Maintain La Terrazza's high TripAdvisor ranking by ensuring consistent taste, presentation, and service quality.

Supervise and train culinary staff to meet international hospitality standards.

Manage kitchen budgets, food costs, and supplier relations effectively.

Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with restaurant policies.

Collaborate with management on special events, promotions, and menu launches.

Requirements:

Proven experience as Executive Chef or Head Chef in a reputable restaurant (Continental or Fine Dining preferred).

Expertise in modern plating, sauces, and international cooking techniques.

Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.

Understanding of Pakistani dining preferences and ability to balance international flavors with local tastes.

Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
