Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Attendant, located in Karāchi. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, explaining the different insurance plans, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes maintaining product knowledge, meeting sales targets, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of life insurance products and plans
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or insurance are a plus
  • Experience in the insurance industry is beneficial
