HIRING: INTERNAL AUDITOR

A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is hiring an Internal Auditor based in Karachi

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Salary Range: 200k – 250k

Industry: Textile Manufacturing

Should be able to:

  • Conduct internal audits focusing on financial operations, controls, and compliance across the organization.

  • Evaluate accounting processes, financial reporting accuracy, and adherence to company policies.

  • Review accounts payable/receivable, payroll, taxation, and budgetary controls.

  • Identify financial irregularities, process gaps, and risk areas; recommend corrective measures.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports with actionable insights.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on implementation of audit recommendations.

  • Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Must have:

  • CA / ACCA / CMA (Finalist or Qualified)

  • 5–6 years of internal audit experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the finance function of the textile or manufacturing industry

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation laws, and internal control frameworks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit/reporting tools

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
