We are seeking a highly skilled and driven
Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience
in leading and delivering AI-focused projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end project life-cycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of AI solutions. A proven track record in handling AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and machine learning projects across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, AI engineers, developers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion in alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all project documentation, reporting, and communication are clear, organized, and aligned with organizational standards.
  • Facilitate productive team collaboration, provide direction, and maintain accountability throughout the project cycle.
  • Oversee resource allocation, manage priorities, and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
  • Stay updated on advancements in AI technologies to support strategic project planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience
    managing AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, data pipelines, model development, and deployment processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or other project management tools.
  • Prior experience in a tech startup or AI-driven organization.
