Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role
  • Energetic, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of projects
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices
