AM/Manager HR & Admin

Qualification & Experience:

• Master's degree in HR/Business Administration or relevant field.
• 2-3 years of proven managerial experience in HR and Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks that support staff performance and institutional development.
  • Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of qualified professionals across all chapters.
  • Develop and manage performance management systems, training programs, and succession planning.
