We Are Hiring: Senior HR Officer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior HR Officer for our Karachi Office, to manage HR operations, ensure compliance, and support organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, ICAP policies, and internal company policies.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and maintain HR data and reports, both physically and digitally.
  • Draft, prepare, and maintain HR documents, contracts and records.
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, HR events, and maintain agendas.
  • Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
  • Arrange and organize training sessions, corporate events, and represent the firm at external events.
  • Support management in day-to-day HR functions and projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree required; master's degree will be preferred.
  • 3 -5 years of relevant HR experience (mandatory); experience in an audit firm will be given preference.
  • Strong knowledge of HR procedures, drafting policies, and Labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, Google Documents, Canva, and AI tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
  • Professional behavior, disciplined and presentable personality.
  • Preference will be given to male candidates.
