We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive individual to oversee daily operations in our call center.

The role involves staff management, performance evaluation, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination for a dynamic sales and support team.

This is a part-time position, ideal for someone with prior team management or HR experience in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily call center operations and agent productivity
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and termination of staff when necessary
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching/feedback
  • Maintain accurate attendance and shift records
  • Coordinate monthly payroll with HR/Finance
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
  • Report performance and staffing updates to management
  • Assist with basic training and support for new hires

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs25, Rs50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
