The Recruitment Intern will support the recruitment team in delivering staff augmentation services for international clients, with a primary focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for L1 & L2 Engineering roles. This internship provides exposure to global hiring practices, technical recruitment, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing qualified candidates for L1 & L2 Engineers across international markets through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional communities.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit against technical and client requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and global clients.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports to ensure accurate candidate pipeline management.
- Draft and post engaging job descriptions tailored to international markets.
- Support recruiters in managing end-to-end staff augmentation projects, including candidate onboarding and compliance requirements.
- Conduct market research on technical roles, industry trends, and competitive hiring practices.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience while maintaining professional client communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (ongoing or recently completed).
- Strong interest in international recruitment and technical hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or Boolean search techniques is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
