  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and opportunities for development.
  • Collaborate with department heads to customize training solutions for specific team needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing employees.
  • Track and report on training metrics, including participant feedback, effectiveness, and completion rates.
  • Monitor the progress of trainees and provide guidance or additional support as needed.
  • Manage training materials, resources, and LMS (Learning Management System) updates.
  • Assist in designing and maintaining a structured curriculum for leadership and professional development programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Support the Training Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
  • proficient in writing and speaking English with best accent.
  • willing to travel to various regions of Pakistan.

Qualifications:

  • M.PHIL degree in Applied Sciences, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a similar role in a well reputed School specially Beacon house, LGS, Lacas.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva designing).
  • Designing of interactive presentations along with report making and minutes writing.
  • skilled in various soft wares of designing and presentation making
  • Experience in creating training materials and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for employee development and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Willing to travel and stay in various regions of Pakistan.
