About the Program

Cozmatica is offering a structured
Management Trainee Program in Human Resources
, designed to provide fresh graduates or early-career HR professionals with comprehensive exposure to core HR functions. This 6–9 month program will serve as a career accelerator, equipping the trainee with practical HR skills and the potential to transition into a full-time HR role upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Support HR operations including employee records management, attendance, and leave management.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and policies under supervision.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support HR-related queries.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to HR projects including performance evaluations, training coordination, and HR reporting.
  • Learn and implement HR best practices, maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to
    6 months of HR-related experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a strong career interest in Human Resources.
