Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake strategic mapping and profiling of prospective development partners, donors, and clients to identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration through leading the planning and execution of linkages development initiatives.

  • Identify, initiate, and strengthen strategic linkages with international development partners, non-government & non-profit organizations, and the corporate sector companies providing consulting services to advance organizational objectives.

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive and systematically updated database of partners, capturing contact information, meeting notes, and partnership history.

  • Oversee all aspects of partnership and linkage development programs, including partner identification, preparation of proposals, and negotiation of agreements and contracts.

  • Represent the organization in meetings with existing and potential partners, ensuring coordinated engagement alongside the COO, Specialists, and CEO.

  • Actively participate in high-level networking events, coordination platforms, and strategic forums to broaden the organization's partnership base and collaborative engagements.

  • Build and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the organization's reputation, credibility, and outreach potential.

  • Ensure timely, professional, and effective follow-up on partner communications and inquiries, coordinating with relevant internal departments as required.

  • Prepare and submit detailed monthly work plans and comprehensive progress reports to the COO and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

  • Perform other duties or tasks assigned by the COO/ CEO to support the organization's objectives, initiatives, and strategic priorities.

Qualification:

Minimum 16 years' qualification in Management Sciences/ Business Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or relevant field.

Experience:

Minimum 05 years' experience in Linkages Development & Partnership Building within development sector or consulting services

Skill-set:

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Professional Software/ Virtual Platforms in relevant Technologies.

Frequency of Travel:

Occasional travel to Provincial Capitals.

Reporting Line:

Chief Operating Officer (COO)/ Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
