Location: Nazimabad, Karachi (On-site & field work)

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday - Alternate Saturdays)

Position Overview

The Corporate Liaison Executive – HR Solutions will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining strong industry linkages, promoting the company's HR solutions, and acting as a bridge between client organizations and our service offerings. This role requires excellent relationship-building, communication, and business development skills to ensure consistent growth and visibility of the company in the HR services market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote the company's HR solutions and outsourcing packages to existing and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, industry professionals, and partner organizations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and networking activities to showcase company services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Talent Acquisition, Consulting, Compliance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to enhance business development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in corporate relations, HR consulting, or business development (HR industry experience preferred).
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills with established industry connections.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
