Position Overview

Our client, a fast-growing HR consultancy, is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to drive corporate partnerships and expand market presence in Karachi.

This is about strategic business development: building relationships with corporate leaders, HR directors, and decision-makers, and positioning premium HR and business solutions that companies genuinely need.

If you've sold insurance packages, banking services, pharma products, or other corporate solutions and know how to win trust and close B2B deals — this is your chance to step up into a high-visibility, high-reward sales leadership role.

This is a field-based role requiring active engagement with companies, agencies, and HR leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive corporate client acquisition by engaging directly with HR leaders, executives, and senior decision-makers.
  • Sell a wide portfolio of HR & business services: Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Psychometric Testing, Payroll & Compliance, Legal Services, and Performance Management.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches that demonstrate real business value.
  • Build long-term partnerships that lead to recurring revenue and stronger client retention.
  • Act as the face of the company in Karachi's corporate market, expanding networks and driving visibility.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets while contributing to the company's rapid growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience (insurance, banking, pharma, corporate services, or consulting).
  • A strong track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A network of corporate decision-makers in Karachi (a big plus).
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), but your sales results matter most.
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset with the ability to work independently and strategically.
