We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Manager – Surveillance to lead our Surveillance Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CCTV monitoring, team leadership, and operations management, along with excellent English communication skills. This role is critical to ensuring effective monitoring, maintaining a secure environment, and driving operational efficiency across surveillance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day surveillance operations, ensuring continuous monitoring and security compliance.
  • Supervise and lead a team of surveillance staff, providing training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Monitor and analyze CCTV footage, identifying potential risks, suspicious activities, or policy violations.
  • Develop and implement effective surveillance protocols and operational strategies aligned with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Prepare detailed surveillance reports and communicate findings clearly to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities to address security incidents promptly.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging surveillance technologies and recommend system upgrades or process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 5–10 years of experience in surveillance operations, including direct CCTV monitoring experience.
  • Strong background in team handling, operations supervision, and staff training.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective reporting and coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to prepare operational and analytical reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and act quickly in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in security management or surveillance systems.
  • Familiarity with security management software and CCTV monitoring tools.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
