Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and verify employee IDs, visitor passes, and vehicle permits at entry/exit points.

  • Conduct physical inspection of bags, packages, and vehicles as required by company policy.

  • Ensure that only authorized individuals and materials are allowed access to the premises.

  • Maintain accurate logbooks of all people and vehicles entering and leaving the premises.

  • Monitor surveillance equipment and report suspicious activities.

  • Prevent theft, damage, or misuse of company property by ensuring strict access control.

  • Coordinate with reception or other departments for visitor clearance.

  • Respond to security breaches, alarms, or emergency situations as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Enforce site-specific rules and regulations with professionalism and respect.

  • Report daily activities and any security incidents in a clear and timely manner.
