UI/UX Designer (Full-Time)

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented
UI/UX Designer
to join our growing team at
Lumunate
. This is a full-time position, ideal for designers with
1 - 2 years of professional experience
who are eager to shape user experiences, craft intuitive interfaces and play a pivotal role in building innovative digital products.

This is
not a narrow, single-skill design role
. You will contribute across the
entire product lifecycle
, from
user
research
and
wireframing
to
prototyping
and delivering polished,
production-ready designs
. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our applications, ensuring they are not only functional but delightful.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to define user needs and translate them into design solutions.
  • Create
    wireframes
    ,
    user flows
    and
    interactive
    prototypes
    to communicate design concepts.
  • Design pixel-perfect UI screens for
    web
    and
    mobile applications
    using
    Figma
    or similar tools.
  • Apply
    user-centered design principles
    to craft intuitive, accessible and visually engaging interfaces.
  • Conduct
    user
    research
    ,
    usability
    testing
    and
    feedback
    sessions
    to validate design decisions.
  • Work closely with engineers to
    ensure accurate implementation
    of design specifications.
  • Document
    workflows
    ,
    design
    decisions
    and
    feedback
    for future reference.
  • Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools and technologies.
  • Contribute to and maintain a
    scalable design system
    for consistency across products.

Preferred Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficient with modern design and prototyping tools (
    Figma
    ,
    Adobe
    XD
    ,
    Sketch
    , or similar).
  • Strong understanding of
    UI/UX principles
    ,
    information architecture
    and
    interaction design
    .
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Knowledge of
    design systems
    and
    component
    libraries
    .
  • Ability to conduct
    user research
    and
    usability
    testing
    .
  • Strong communication
    and
    collaboration skills
    to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with
    front-end technologies
    (HTML, CSS, React components) is a plus.

  • This role requires working across

    UX
