  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner in fully fluent English. Must have US or UK English accent.

  • Should be able to create and follow communication "scripts" to handle different topics.

  • Should be able to carry out customer surveys and also collect basic information from customers.

  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage potential customers by going the extra mile

  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

  • Draft Lead and proposal Emails, Update Lead Sheets and Sales Funnels

  • Be familiar with various leading CRM's.

  • Should be able to handle calls and transfer to relevant stakeholders.

  • Should be able to take messages and pass them on through various channels.

  • Should be able to draft emails, letters and proposal packs. Also should be able to book meetings on calendars.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role or a sales role

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening - UK or US accent is a must.

  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

  • Bachelor's degree
