We are looking for a Video Editing Specialist who combines traditional editing mastery with advanced AI-assisted video creation capabilities. This role focuses on producing high-performance video ads, short-form social content, and visually compelling campaigns using tools like Sora, NanoBanana, Runway, and AI voice solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) using trend-aligned transitions and engagement tactics.
  • Use AI video generation tools to produce concepts, scenes, or full ad drafts.
  • Execute long-form editing in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Create animations, typography sequences, and branded effects.
  • Utilize AI voice-over tools to enhance ad performance when required.
  • Work with the creative and marketing teams to build content aligned with brand and campaign strategy.
  • Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms and ad placements.
  • Perform basic sound design, audio cleanup, and color correction.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form and ad-focused editing.
  • Hands-on experience with AI video/voice tools (Sora, NanoBanana, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.).
  • Proficiency with professional editing software.
  • Solid understanding of formats, resolutions, and platform rules.
  • High creativity, strong pacing sense, and detail-orientation.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Bonus: Experience with After Effects and motion design.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
