Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven
Email Marketing Executive
with hands-on experience using

(or similar cold email automation tools). The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing multi-step email campaigns targeting global clients, primarily in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute cold email campaigns using

    .
  • Create and maintain email sequences (6-touch campaigns per account).
  • Conduct
    A/B testing
    on subject lines, email copies, and sending times.
  • Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, reply rates, deliverability, etc.) and optimize for performance.
  • Maintain clean and segmented lead lists within Instantly.
  • Collaborate with the growth and sales teams to refine target lists and messaging.
  • Write personalized and persuasive email copy aligned with Stafflink's brand tone.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing and data protection regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Integrate campaigns with CRM tools (e.g., Close, HubSpot, or Apollo).
  • Stay updated on email deliverability trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running email campaigns using

    (or similar tools such as Lemlist, Smartlead, or Woodpecker).
  • Strong understanding of
    cold outreach

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
