Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager with a proven track record, ideally in tourism/hospitality or in Service/FMCG, to help build and scale one of the most dynamic aviation brands in the region.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing and will play a key role in driving brand growth, partnerships, and market presence across Pakistan and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Brand's Strategic Planning & Implementation
Support the Marketing Director in developing and implementing marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with company priorities and market needs.
Champion brand strategy, growth, and overall communications.
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, revenue, and performance marketing teams, as well as external partners, to align marketing with business objectives.
Campaign & Brand Communications
Collaborate with agencies and lead integrated marketing campaigns across all touchpoints—digital, print, experiential, offline, and B2B (airport, trade, corporate)—for year-round campaigns (seasonal, new products, and always-on).
Oversee social content calendars and influencer collaborations.
Work with agencies to develop and execute 360° brand campaigns, promotions, and events.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints—digital, print, experiential, offline, and B2B.
Supervise loyalty and engagement communications in coordination with CRM.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines.
Relationships & Partnerships
Manage relationships with all advertising agencies, creative partners, media outlets, PR firms, and event organizers.
Manage influencer, PR, media relations, and crisis communications.
Identify and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships with hotels, banks, tourism boards, and lifestyle brands to support brand visibility and customer engagement.
Plan and manage participation in B2B and B2C events, including trade shows, industry conferences, exhibitions, and outreach programs targeting both leisure and corporate segments.
Support the Sales team with marketing collateral, presentations, event planning, e-newsletters, and promotional initiatives.
Research, Insights & Reporting
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to analyze ROI across marketing initiatives and recommend adjustments to optimize performance.
Prepare and present marketing performance reports and budget updates to senior management.
Team Management
Manage a lean in-house team of social and creative executives.
Liaise with digital marketing specialists on ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 8–10 years of marketing experience within the aviation, tourism/hospitality (or service/FMCG industry).
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Demonstrated experience in brand communications, reputation, and crisis management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market performance and identify growth opportunities.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong focus on execution.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Work Environment & Travel
Role based in Islamabad, with in-office work schedule.
Relocation support to Islamabad will be accommodated.
Occasional travel required within Pakistan and Doha.
