The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills, experienced in both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and content marketing platforms.
  • Manage brand positioning, corporate identity, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, audience segments, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials — including content, visuals, and promotional assets.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare periodic marketing performance reports.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Build relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  • Stay updated with market trends, emerging tools, and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign strategy.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
