About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Developer to lead the design and deployment of AI/ML solutions for our POS, kiosk, and online ordering platforms. You will drive innovation in menu automation, predictive analytics, fraud detection, and AI-powered chatbots.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deploy 
    AI-driven systems
     integrated into POS workflows (marketing, menu parsing, dynamic pricing, support insights, chatbots)
  • Lead development of 
    LLM-based solutions
     (OpenAI GPT models, Hugging Face transformers, CrewAI/LangGraph orchestration)
  • Implement 
    RAG pipelines
     with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for search and Q&A use cases
  • Design and optimize 
    data pipelines
     (ETL, APIs, streaming data) for structured/unstructured sources
  • Build scalable microservices and APIs to integrate AI into POS platforms
  • Mentor junior developers/interns and establish best practices for MLOps
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver production-ready features

Requirements:

  • 5+ years
     of professional experience in AI/ML engineering
  • Strong expertise in 
    Python
    , ML frameworks (
    PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn
    )
  • Hands-on experience with 
    LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph
     for agentic AI systems
  • Experience with 
    vector databases
     (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and 
    RAG pipelines
  • Proficiency in 
    cloud platforms
     (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong knowledge of 
    MLOps tools
     (MLflow, Weights & Biases, Prefect, Airflow)
  • Familiarity with 
    NLP, OCR, and Computer Vision
     for real-world POS data (receipts, menus, tickets)
  • Experience integrating AI into 
    dashboards
     (Streamlit, Plotly, Power BI)
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
