Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and results-driven female E-Commerce Expert to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to increase traffic, enhance customer experience, and boost sales performance across all e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Daraz, WooCommerce).
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online sales.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior.
  • Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to improve product presentation and SEO.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar performance tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
  • Understanding of logistics and fulfillment operations.
