Soekarno Laboratories is a leading private label and toll manufacturer of cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products. We help brands build their identity through custom formulations and high-quality production. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new B2B clients for private label and toll manufacturing opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (FMCG, cosmetics, or pharma preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to travel if required
