About Us:
Soekarno Laboratories is a leading private label and toll manufacturer of cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products. We help brands build their identity through custom formulations and high-quality production. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new B2B clients for private label and toll manufacturing opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (FMCG, cosmetics, or pharma preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to travel if required
