JOB SUMMARY:

The Team Lead in Product Research will be responsible for overseeing, guiding, and improving the product research team's ability to identify high-potential, high-revenue wholesale products on Amazon. The role demands strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on leadership to ensure alignment with company KPIs for profitability, market share, and long-term success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead and manage a team of Product Research Officers to meet weekly and monthly product sourcing goals

· Develop and refine research frameworks, KPIs, and standard operating procedures

· Supervise end-to-end product research, validation, and documentation processes

· Ensure quality control over all research data and final shortlisted products

· Monitor market trends and Amazon policy changes to adapt research strategies

· Collaborate with the sales, pricing, and sourcing teams to align on product viability

· Train, coach, and mentor junior research team members to develop technical and analytical competencies

· Report product pipeline progress, key metrics, and market insights to management

· Maintain a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance within the team

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Strong command of product research methodologies for Amazon Wholesale

· Excellent leadership and communication skills

· Analytical mindset with strong numerical reasoning and pattern recognition

· Proficiency in mid-level Excel and research tools (e.g., Keepa, Helium10, etc.)

· Deep understanding of Amazon FBA business models, particularly Wholesale

· Strong decision-making and time-management skills

· Ability to work under pressure and lead in a fast-paced environment

EXPERIENCE:

· –4 years of relevant experience in Amazon wholesale product research

· years of experience in a team lead or supervisory capacity

· Proven track record of identifying winning wholesale products

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Engineering

· Certifications in Amazon FBA, Wholesale Product Research, or similar (Preferred)

SALARY RANGE:

Market-competitive salary

JOB TYPE:

· Timings: Mon-Fri | 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM | Alternate Saturdays On | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

· Work Mode: Work-from-site only (No remote option)

· Location: Candidates must reside in Karachi and commute reliably to the office

· Only residents of Karachi will be considered for the interview
