ZAPTA Technologies is looking for a skilled
Product Owner
to join our team. The Product Owner will act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product delivers maximum value to both the business and end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and ROI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into actionable user stories.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product outcomes align with user needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with the development team to plan sprints, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Inspect product progress at the end of each sprint and accept or reject completed work.
  • Continuously refine backlog items based on feedback, changing requirements, and evolving business priorities.
  • Identify and resolve product issues, risks, and dependencies in a timely manner.
  • Support the Product Manager with market research, competitor analysis, and product strategy.
  • Promote and drive the adoption of agile best practices within the team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 experience as a
    Product Owner
    or in a similar product-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions.
  • Experience in software product lifecycle management is a plus.
