Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement holistic strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Design and oversee the execution of impactful initiatives and events that promote a sense of belonging and collaboration.
  • Lead efforts in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), crafting strategies that ensure equitable opportunities for all employees.
  • Continuously assess engagement initiatives to ensure alignment with business strategy and evolving employee needs
  • Act as a "pulse checker" for the organization, proactively identifying risks to culture and recommending interventions.
  • Provide support in conducting regular employee surveys, focus groups, and listening forums; analyzing data and share actionable insights with leadership.

Qualifications

  • Education : Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology, HR or any relevant field
  • Experience : 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Highly adaptable to quick changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive and manage cross-functional teams and cross-cultural stakeholders
