Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate who, while possessing strong communication skills, has a primary focus on design and graphics. The majority of this role (70%) revolves around social media management and creating compelling visuals. Experience in design/graphics is essential, as the ideal candidate will be responsible for continuing and refining our social media branding. We require someone with a proven track record in design and graphics who can help us craft a cohesive visual identity and take our branding to the next level.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience of working with Social Media
• 2 years experience in designing/graphics
• International Degree (Preferred)
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other video editing software is a must
• Knowledge of Meta ads and filtering
• Well-traveled and willing to travel whenever required. The position requires 30% travel across Pakistan and within the city
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written English
• Some understanding of international education
• Understand social media completely

Responsibilities:

• Communication & collaboration with Vendors/Companies - for materials, services, resources, etc
• Communication with University Representatives (predominantly during tour season)
• Communication on all social media platforms
• Communication within the organization with team members
• Designing graphics for all social media campaigns (tour & program marketing posts, wrap-up videos, flyers, banners [both digital & printed], email marketing, giveaways, and much more
• Posting all graphics on the platforms, with correct captions and hashtags
• Boosting of certain posts on the platforms with the correct audience and necessary ad filtering
• Capturing live moments during the tour for stories & reels
• Overseeing all social media-related communications, problems, changes, and queries
• Overseeing all website graphic changes of our main website and all subsidiary websites
• All tasks that are required to be completed pre-tour such as emails, graphics for all events during the tour, gathering all giveaways from vendors, final checks on all contents, etc
• Assisting the team during the tour with logistics, scheduling, on-ground assistance, etc
• All tasks that have to be completed post-tour such as thank you emails, wrap-up reels, etc

Skills:

• Exceptional communication abilities, including: writing, speaking, and active listening in English for correspondence, advertising, marketing, social media, and public relations
• Have design/graphic acumen and are digitally savvy
• You have a dynamic and energetic personality, and you know how to create a bond and influence people easily
• You are self-driven and solution-oriented
• Has a can-do attitude to inspire people and the team towards a growth mindset
• Willing to share your thoughts and have the ability to think outside the box
• You take ownership, be accountable, and are competitive
