CareSync provides offshore corporate services to its partner healthcare organizations in the United States. We provide these services in marketing, communications, accounting, financial planning, revenue cycle management, information technology, and clinical support.

Job Description:

Primary Roles:

  • Scribing and clinical documentation.
  • Assigning appropriate CPT and ICD codes.
  • Prescription handling, including sending new prescriptions or refills according to established protocols.
  • Creating and faxing records, orders, paper prescriptions, letters, medical notes, and referrals.

Extra Tasks:

  • Obtaining patient records.
  • Faxing files, orders, and clinical documents.
  • Contacting patients, physician offices, facilities, or third parties regarding patient care.
  • Accessing portals to retrieve patient records prior to appointments.
  • Assisting patients with scheduling procedures or referred appointments.
  • Answering patient and provider calls and resolving clinical concerns.

Requirements Work Experience:

  • Fresh to 2 years of experience in same role.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with exposure to
    Neurologist would be a plus.
  • Experience in
    revenue cycle management
    is highly desirable.

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Medical (Pharm-D, DPT, BDS)

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • Willingness to dedicate extra time to complete assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to apply common knowledge, prior education, and clinical judgment to assist providers in improving patient care.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Ability to accept challenges and develop practical solutions
