Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Medical Scribe
to join our team for a full-time, onsite position in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate should have at least
2 years of prior experience
in U.S.-based medical scribing, with a strong understanding of medical terminology, EMR/EHR documentation, and patient encounter summarization.

Responsibilities:

  • Listen to and transcribe real-time physician–patient interactions.
  • Accurately document patient histories, assessments, and treatment plans.
  • Update and manage EHR/EMR systems efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure documentation accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of medical scribing experience (U.S. healthcare exposure preferred).
  • Excellent English listening, comprehension, and writing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
  • Ability to work night shifts in an onsite environment.
