Upwork Bidder
who can work the night shift to submit winning proposals and help us close key projects. If you're skilled at crafting high-converting bids and driving client relationships, we'd love to have you on our team


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively search for relevant projects
    on Upwork during the night shift, ensuring that we never miss an opportunity.
  • Craft customized, persuasive proposals
    tailored to the client's needs, maximizing the chances of project success.
  • Schedule calls, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals
    with international clients.
  • Follow-up and maintain communication
    with clients to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with our internal team
    (design, marketing, and development) to ensure that proposals are well-aligned with client expectations.
  • Track and analyze
    bid performance, keeping a record of successful proposals to identify patterns and improve strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on
    Upwork trends, features, and best practices
    to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience
    with Upwork bidding and successfully closing deals.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Upwork platform algorithms, client engagement tactics, and proposal optimization
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    in English.
  • Proven ability to
    tailor proposals
    that directly address client needs and highlight your company's strengths.
  • Ability to meet
    monthly targets
    for project acquisitions and revenue generation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Familiarity with digital services such as
    web development, digital marketing, and design
    is a plus.
  • Ability to work
    during night hours
    with a focus on maintaining productivity.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with
    other freelancing platforms
    (e.g., Freelancer, Fiverr) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with
    CRM tools
    and sales tracking systems.
  • Strong
    negotiation skills
    and a proven ability to close deals.
  • Strategic thinker
    who can identify and target high-value projects.


Compensation:

  • Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives/Commissions
  • Additional
    bonuses
    for exceeding monthly targets.
