Royal Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd. is one of Pakistan's leading solar energy companies, dedicated to providing sustainable and high-quality solar solutions. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team in Multan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for quality materials at competitive prices.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company procurement policies.
  • Coordinate with project and technical teams for material requirements.
  • Maintain updated records of suppliers, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Track shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Support the implementation of procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the solar or energy sector.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with field experience.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of procurement and vendor management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and procurement software.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.
