Role Overview:

The IT Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining the school's IT infrastructure across all campuses, ensuring smooth system operations, managing computer labs, Pi-tops, and biometric devices, and providing timely technical support and troubleshooting. The role also includes implementing IT policies and conducting staff training.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in IT support, system administration, and troubleshooting.

Technical proficiency and analytical skills

Strong problem-solving and time management abilities

Attention to detail and process orientation

Excellent communication and teamwork
