We are looking for a highly energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive (Fresher) with excellent communication skills and a passion for building customer relationships. This is an ideal role for someone eager to start a career in sales and business development, with strong growth opportunities and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
  • Present product/service offerings clearly and confidently to prospects.
  • Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Generate leads, follow up with inquiries, and schedule meetings or demos.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Gather market feedback and customer insights for continuous improvement.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and persuasive ability.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and eager to learn.
