Reports To: Senior Manager Finance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Payroll and Accounts Executive to manage Payroll, petty cash, employee claims and assist in handling day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and integrity in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll of minimum 500 employees with taxable salaries, including attendance and deduction inputs.
  • Manage and reconcile petty cash expenses, ensuring proper documentation and timely replenishment.
  • Process employee reimbursements and claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, claims, and other routine financial matters.
  • Support monthly and year-end financial closings.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and invoice processing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and clarifications.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting principles and internal controls.
  • Provide support during audits or financial reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Payroll management
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs100,000.00 per month
