We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations, statutory compliance, employee support, and client coordination with accuracy and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

HR Services & Operations Management

  • Prepare employee letters, contracts, ID cards, and maintain personnel files.
  • Support payroll invoice preparation and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate salary disbursement with Finance, Sales, Legal & Compliance teams.t
  • Respond to employee and client queries regarding payroll, compliance, and benefits.
  • Manage employment verification requests such as letters, pay slips, and confirmations.
  • Provide frontline support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and maintain data for statutory registrations and reports.
  • Handle EOBI & Social Security Services cases in a timely manner.
  • Manage insurance registrations, cancellations, and renewals.
  • Prepare accurate client invoices aligned with payroll and services delivered.
  • Maintain invoice records and supporting documentation.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Execute special assignments with quality and timeliness.
  • Prepare MIS and operational reports for management.
  • Assist in internal and external audits.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • 3–6 years of proven HR & Payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130, Rs180,000.00 per month
