Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karāchi for an Executive at Utopia Industries. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing manufacturing processes, managing staff, and ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards. The Executive will also be involved in strategic planning, performance monitoring, and liaising with various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in overseeing manufacturing operations, process optimization, and staff management
  • Strong strategic planning and performance monitoring capabilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage and liaise between different departments
  • Experience in the textile and/or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
