Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior RCM Specialist to lead and manage the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of US healthcare billing, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to mentor junior team members while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across RCM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete RCM cycle: charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management.
  • Review and resolve complex denials and rejections, ensuring timely resubmissions.
  • Conduct AR analysis and drive strategies to reduce outstanding claims.
  • Ensure compliance with payer guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and internal quality standards.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as collections, denial rate, and AR days.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
  • Collaborate with billing, coding, and client teams to streamline workflows.
  • Train and mentor junior RCM specialists to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of RCM/medical billing experience in the US healthcare domain.
  • Strong knowledge of payer policies, EOBs, and claim adjudication processes.
  • Expertise in denial management, AR follow-up, and insurance correspondence.
  • Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR and billing software.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
