Job Description:

Search Solution LLC is seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented Senior SEO Specialistwith strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.

The candidate will workon-site at our Lahore office, collaborating with our digital marketing and developmentteams to increase organic visibility, website traffic, and search performance.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO:
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
•

Optimize meta tags, title tags, header tags, and internal linking structure.

  • Improve website UX, mobile responsiveness, and content readability.
    • Implement schema markup and ensure all pages are properly indexed.Off-Page SEO:

  • Create and manage effective link-building campaigns.

  • Develop backlinks through guest posting, influencer outreach, and niche directories.
    • Manage local SEO profiles (Google My Business, Yelp, Bing Places, etc.).

  • Monitor backlinks and perform toxic link analysis and removal.Technical SEO:
    • Perform website audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

  • Fix crawl errors, broken links, redirect chains, and duplicate content issues.

  • Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance.

  • Ensure proper XML sitemap, , and canonical tag configurations

• Work with developers to improve site architecture, structured data, and indexability.Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track keyword rankings, impressions, CTRs, and conversions.

  • Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Data Studio for reporting.

  • Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 3+ years of proven experience in SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical).

  • Deep understanding of Google ranking algorithms and SEO best practices

• Strong experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, GTmetrix,etc.).

  • Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
