Collab BPO is seeking motivated and goal-driven B2C Sales Executives to join our high-performing night shift team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, self-motivated, and eager to maximize their earning potential.

What You'll Do:
- Engage customers through outbound calls.
- Pitch and promote services with confidence.
- Close sales and build strong customer relationships.
- Hit targets and enjoy uncapped commissions.
What You Need:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- A winning attitude and strong persuasion skills.
- Ability to work 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM.
- Self-motivation and the drive to earn more.
- Experience is a plus, but fresh talent is welcome
