Operations & Guest Experience

Reports To: CEO

Location: 80% Remotely (on-site presence required as per schedule)

Starting Compensation: PKR 35,000 + commission

You are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Glamplex Resort by supervising staff, managing guest experience, and coordinating with the management team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep company leadership updated at all time.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations & guest services.

Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and handle escalations.

Maintain cleanliness, ambiance & quality standards.

Monitor kitchen, housekeeping & service staff.

Support in influencer collaborations & events.

Prepare reports (occupancy, expenses, feedback).

Track staff attendance & discipline.

Act as right-hand for updates and communication.

Share daily morning brief & end-of-day summary (meetings, tasks, red flags).

Filter WhatsApp, calls, and emails — highlight what needs your decision.

Follow up with staff, partners, influencers, and vendors on your behalf.

Maintain weekly finance + operations snapshot for you.

Remind you of meetings, calls, and important follow-ups.

Maintain a collaboration calendar and follow up on deliverables

Attendance & Staff Oversight

Track daily staff attendance (manual and WhatsApp logs)

Monitor hygiene, uniform, and discipline of all ground staff

Escalate major issues to site operations

Site Audits & Reporting

Conduct weekly site checks for rooms, kitchen, and overall maintenance

Use checklist format and submit media-based proof (photos or videos)

Flag stock shortages or repair needs
