Relevant experience: 10years+ of Cards Issuing /Payments Experience

Mandatory experience: Urdu / Immediate Availability (Preferred) / Transit Open Loop Experience / Cards Issuing Technical Experience

Purpose of Job:

To manage and oversee the successful implementation and execution of mass transit projects in Punjab, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives and compliance requirements.

Tasks:

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Overall responsibility for the Technical and Operational setup for BOP with coordination of their stakeholders (e.g., PITB, PMA) to support the three transit projects.
  • Running the PMO/coordination to achieve this setup.
  • Provide support to the Client to ensure acquiring set up/certification.
  • Provide support to the Client in the setup and launch of cards on issuance.
  • Assist the Client with the connection of the automated fare collection solution to the Clients acquiring switch.

  • Timely completion of project milestones
  • Successful setup and certification of acquiring systems
  • Effective launch and operation of card issuance
  • Seamless integration of automated fare collection solutions

Knowledge and Experience

  • Project Management certification (e.g PMP)
  • Extensive experience on Payments Cards Issuing including technical systems
  • Solid understanding of Payments/Card Acquiring/Acceptance and processes
  • In-depth knowledge of mass transit systems and related payments integrations
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects in the financial services or consulting industries
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory requirements in Pakistan

Mandatory Skills**

  • Technical skills in payment application installation and system integrations.
  • Notice period: Immediate availability (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in project management and payment systems.
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale transit projects.
  • Proven track record in payment application implementation and system integrations.
  • Experience in the Financial Services and Consulting industries.
