Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Specialist located in Dubai. The HR Specialist will handle a variety of tasks including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with HR management practices. Additional responsibilities include facilitating recruitment processes, conducting employee orientations, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role, particularly within the Middle East region, is a plus
