Role Overview:

You're responsible for researching viral content, rewriting it for our brand tone, and preparing content ideas (image captions, threads, and basic prompts) for the design and posting team.

What You'll Do:

  • Research viral trends, pages, and content ideas
  • Rewrite posts in our tone (image captions, listicles, threads)
  • Prepare content packs for each page using our prompt frameworks
  • Use tools like ChatGPT to improve speed and creativity
  • Identify viral posts and highlight them for reuse.
  • Follow Airtable-based task flow and meet daily output targets
  • Coordinate with your Graphic Designer and Social Media Exec within the pod
  • Attend weekly reviews and adjust based on feedback

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone who consumes a lot of content and knows what goes viral
  • Strong writing instincts for social media, short, punchy, shareable
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.)
  • Can work fast, follow SOPs, and hit volume goals
  • Doesn't need constant supervision to get the job done
  • Bonus: has experience in meme pages, copywriting, or short-form content

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
