Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic
Outreach Closing Specialist
to join our
Channel Engagement Team
for Software and Digital Solutions. This role focuses on developing strong client and partner relationships, managing the complete customer engagement cycle, and driving growth across our CRM/ERP, Web, and Digital Marketing portfolios. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, relationship building, and achieving performance goals within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end customer engagement process for
    CRM/ERP, Website, and Digital Marketing solutions
    through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with partners and clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Conduct tailored product and service presentations to showcase business value.
  • Support commercial discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer needs with internal teams.
  • Stay updated on
    market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
    to recommend strategic improvements.
  • Strive to exceed quarterly performance objectives and deliver outstanding client experiences.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years
    of professional experience in
    software, IT services, or B2B client management
    , preferably within a channel-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in
    CRM and ERP platforms
    (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo, HubSpot, Podio, GHL).
  • Understanding of
    website development technologies
    (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress).
  • Familiarity with
    digital marketing services
    (SEO, PPC, Social Media Management).
  • Knowledge of international real estate compliance regulations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a growth mindset.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT Sales or B2B industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business & IT or BSCS.
  • Proficiency in CRMS and Campaign Tools.
